Terms of Service
Review the terms that govern VaultDevLabs diagnostic tools, reviews, and fix services.

Welcome to VaultDevLabs. By using our diagnostic tools, review services, or fix services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
VaultDevLabs provides WordPress and WooCommerce diagnostic tools, review services, and related implementation or fix services.
Tools and reviews may cover payment reliability, WooCommerce and Stripe evidence, search visibility, site reliability, security signals, support context, and related operational workflows.
The services are provided for business use by site owners, teams, agencies, and professionals. They are not intended for users under 18.
2. Who Can Use the Services
You may use the services only if you are at least 18 years old and have authority to agree to these Terms for yourself or your organization.
If you submit a site, store, account, order, payment, or support record for review, you confirm that you are authorized to request that diagnostic or review work.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information, files, credentials, screenshots, logs, exports, and site details you submit.
You must not submit passwords in plain text. When access is needed, use the minimum temporary, restricted, or read-only access that is appropriate for the work.
You are responsible for reviewing any recommendations before applying them to a production site, payment flow, or business process.
4. Diagnostic Limits
Diagnostic tools and reviews surface evidence and recommended next steps. They do not automatically prove financial loss, compromise, gateway failure, search impact, or legal liability.
Payment Rescue Review, Site Rescue Review, and related services do not guarantee payment recovery, refunds, captures, cancellations, chargeback outcome, Stripe or WooCommerce approval, SEO rankings, traffic growth, or complete issue discovery.
Implementation or fix work is scoped separately from diagnostic review work unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. Payments and Quotes
Some services are free diagnostics, some are one-time paid reviews, and custom setup or fix work is quoted separately.
Payments are handled by Stripe. By paying through Stripe Checkout or a Stripe Payment Link, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
Quoted implementation work begins only after scope, price, access, and expected deliverables are agreed.
We may update pricing, offers, or plan features in the future and apply changes prospectively.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services to break laws, submit information you do not have rights to use, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Security and reliability reviews are defensive diagnostic services. They do not include destructive testing, denial of service, credential attacks, persistence, exfiltration, or testing outside the agreed scope.
We may suspend or restrict access for misuse.
7. Service Availability and Limitations
We aim to provide reliable services, but availability is not guaranteed.
The services are provided as is and as available. Reports, scan results, and recommendations can contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed before you rely on them.
Third-party services such as Stripe, Resend, hosting providers, analytics providers, WooCommerce, WordPress plugins, and AI or infrastructure providers may affect availability and results.
8. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the services unlawfully or harmfully.
Termination does not remove obligations that reasonably continue, including payment obligations accrued before termination.
9. Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, rankings, payments, or business opportunity.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a revised Last updated date.
Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
